PRE-APPROVAL

Once the five POA documents(Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Agreement Contract, Agreement between the Company and Recruit Me Pvt. Ltd., Guarantee Letter) , the Department of Foreign Employment provides Pre-Approval.

The advertisement will be placed in National Daily Newspaper as per the requirement of the company.

All candidates are pre-screened by the recruitment agencies before proceeding to the final interview conducted by the Company. Only those who pass the pre-screening will be shortlisted for the final interview

Candidates shortlisted during the pre-screening process will be referred to the final interview by the company representative. In certain cases, selection may be based on CV review or made directly by the recruitment agencies under an agency guarantee selection arrangement

Candidates who are finally selected will be referred for medical examinations by the recruitment agencies.

Medically fit candidates will attend a 12-hour pre-departure orientation by the recruitment agencies, covering destination laws, safety, travel procedures, and other key topics.

After successfully completing the orientation, the visa endorsement process begins. Some countries require a stamped visa, while others issue a paper visa

Final approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs is required before candidate deployment.

Candidates will be deployed to their respective countries within 45 days of completing all the above processes
